William S. Ellerman

William Samuel Ellerman, 84, passed away December 29, 2018 at Mosaic Life Care.

Mr. Ellerman has been cremated under the direction of Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home and no services are planned. A register book will be available after 8:00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to the Mark Bottorff Scholarship or New Life Assembly of God Royal Rangers and may be left in care of the funeral home.

William was born September 13, 1934 to Miles and Mary (Vincent) Ellerman in Atchison County.

William married Mary Jane Gore on October 24, 1959 in Nortonville Kansas. William lived and farmed on the family homestead all of his life. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed his wolf hounds. He loved seeing and visiting with his neighbors and friends.

William is survived by his wife, three sons William and Mary, Chester, Virginia; Thomas and Shannon, Atchison, Kansas; James and Julia, Lancaster, Kansas and one daughter Jane and Jim Bartlett, Atchison, Kansas. Six grandchildren and four great grandchildren and one brother Donald Ellerman, Nortonville, Kansas.

William is proceeded in death by his parents Miles and Mary Ellerman.
