Theodore F. Miller, 81, Amazonia, Missouri, died Sunday, December 21, 2014 at his home.
Mr. Miller has been cremated under the direction of the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home and no funeral service will be held.
Theodore was born January 18, 1933, in St. Joseph, Missouri, the son of Owen Sylvester and Mary Emiline Hockaday. He attended McKinley School in St. Joseph, Missouri.
He was employed with Keller Construction for over 40 years until his retirement.
Theodore and Judy Turner were united in marriage in 1956 in St. Joseph, Missouri and were later divorced.
He enjoyed going places especially antique shops and collecting miscellaneous items. He had a passion for John Deere tractors and his animals.
Survivors include his companion, Pauline Goodpasture, Atchison, KS, three sons, Michael F. (Janora) Miller, Rea, MO, Gary F. Miller, Amazonia, MO, Steven F. Miller, St. Joseph, MO, sisters, Dolly Wallace, St. Joseph, MO and Rose Marie (Loren) Reynolds, La Cygne, KS.
He was preceded in death by seven sisters, Goldie Perks, Birtha Young, Mary Alice Broce, Annie Parker, Martha Deweese, Leona Hamilton, Francis Smith, two brothers, Melvin F. Miller and Sylvester F. Miller.
