Thaddeus E. "Leo" Brobie" Brown, 60, Topeka, Kansas passed from this earthly life to his heavenly home on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at his home in Topeka.

Memorial Celebration of Life services will be Sunday, August 6, 2017 at 3:00 P.M. at McFarland's Restaurant, 4133 Gage Center Drive, Topeka, Kansas. Final care has been entrusted to the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home, Atchison, Kansas. Inurnment of the cremated remains will be at a later date at Oak Hill Cemetery, Atchison, Kansas.

Thaddeus was born August 1, 1956 in Atchison, Kansas. He attended Martin East School and then Central School, graduating from Atchison High School in 1975. During his high school years he was very active with the Atchison High Track Team. Additionally he enjoyed bowling and playing ping pong, and fishing.

Thaddeus was employed as a cook for numerous years at McFarland's Restaurant in Topeka, Kansas.

Survivors include his mother, Betty Rose Brown, Atchison, KS; a sister, Colene (Larry) Brown-Wilson, Atchison, KS; extended family members, Cathy Butler, and family, Topeka, KS; Walt McFarland and employees, Topeka, KS; a nephew, Justin (Paula) Brown and family; an aunt; numerous other family and friends.
