Sandra J. "Sandy" Clem, 56, Huron, Kansas, died Tuesday, August 3, 2021, at Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph, Missouri.
Memorial services will be Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home. Interment of cremated remains will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, August 11 th , from 12:00 P.M. until 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions are suggested to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
Sandy was born November 17, 1964, in Horton, Kansas the daughter of William and Jane (Jackson) Clem. She attended Huron elementary school and graduated from Atchison County Community High School.
She was employed as a cosmetologist, having also spent time working at Fargo and the Golden Eagle Casino.
Sandy was a member of the VFW Women's Auxiliary. She enjoyed crafts including painting, quilting and crocheting. She was a great cook and enjoyed trying new recipes. She was always willing help and enjoyed being a part of her community.
Survivors include a son, Kolten Coy, Huron, KS, three sisters, Linda Ferris, Huron, KS, Carol Thomas, Huron, KS, and Vicky Meyers, Lancaster, KS, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her parents, a brother James Clem, four sisters, Bonnie Kelch. Dorothy Lutz, Ruth Bryant and Loma Clem
