Ryan Thomas Matthew Federinko

Ryan Thomas Matthew Federinko, 21, Atchison, Kansas died in an explosion at Bartlett Grain Company in Atchison.

Memorial services will be Thursday, November 3, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. in the chapel of Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will be Thursday, Nov. 3rd from 9:00 until 10:30 A.M. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions are suggested to the family and may be left in care of the funeral home.

Ryan was born February 7, 1990 in Niagara Falls, New York the son of Jeff Federinko and Michelle Stalder. He moved to Atchison, Kansas and attended schools in Atchison. He participated in the Job Corp during his high school years graduating in Manhattan, Kansas.

Ryan was employed with Bartlett Grain Company of Atchison as a grain handler.

Ryan was a motorcycle and automobile enthusiast and especially enjoyed working on his 1985 "25th anniversary special edition Nissan 300ZX".

Ryan grew up a member of the Baptist faith and was currently planning to begin his studies with the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults into the Catholic Church in preparation for his marriage to his fiancée Stephanie Wood.

Survivors include his fiancée Stephanie Wood, Atchison, KS, his mother Michelle Stalder, Atchison, KS, his father, Jeff (Tammy) Federinko, Leavenworth, KS, a sister, Sarah Federinko, Atchison, Ks, two brothers, Aaron Federinko, Atchison, KS, Jeffrey Federinko, Jr., Atchison, Ks, maternal grandmother, Loretta Maendele, Atchison, Ks, paternal grandmother and step-grandfather, "Mema" Olive and "Pepa" Thomas Potter, Niagara Falls, Canada and paternal grandfather, Paul Federinko, Branson, MO.

Preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, James Stalder, Sr.
