Robert G. Krier, Jr., 28, Atchison, Kansas, died Wednesday, July 29, 2015, at Atchison Medicalodge.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, August 1, 2015, at 10:30 A.M., St. Louis Church, with Fr. Benjamin Tremmel, OSB, officiating. Interment will follow in St. Louis Cemetery. A prayer service will be recited Friday, July 31st at 7:00 P.M. in the chapel of the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home with whom final arrangements have been entrusted. A visitation with the family will follow until 8:30 P.M. Memorial contributions are suggested to Atchison Hospice or KU Med Center TBI Research.
Robert was born April 13, 1987, in Atchison, Kansas, the son of Robert G. and Martha C. Miller Krier. He attended Atchison High School graduating in 2005. Following graduation he attended Northeast Kansas Technical School for masonry graduating in 2005.
His hobbies included, listening to music, fishing, races and spending time with his nieces and nephew.
Survivors include his mother, Martha Johnston, Atchison, KS, father, Robert G. Krier, Sr., Atchison, KS, two sisters, Ruth Krier, Dallas, TX, Melissa (Dave) Swenson, Atchison, KS, maternal grandmother, Christine Miller, Atchison, KS, three nieces and a nephew.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Robert M. and Ruth N. Krier and maternal grandfather Louis A. Miller.
