Rheba L. Adamson, 77, Atchison, Kansas died September 16, 2014 at Heartland Regional Medical Center, St. Joseph, Missouri.
Funeral services will be Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 2:30 P.M. at Shiloh Seventh Day Adventist Church, 601 Michigan Avenue, Leavenworth, Kansas with Elder James A. White officiating. Interment will follow in Ashland Cemetery, St. Joseph, Missouri. Visitation with the family will be Friday, September 26th from 7:30 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home, Atchison, Kansas. The Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home, Atchison, Kansas has been entrusted with the final arrangements.
Rheba was born December 30, 1936 in St. Joseph, Missouri the daughter of Harry and Lora Wilkinson Lytle. She attended elementary school in St. Joseph and Bartlett High School.
She and Joseph Adamson were united in marriage on September 30, 1966 in St. Joseph, Missouri. Mr. Adamson preceded her in death on July 26, 2013.
Rheba was employed with Saunders Mop Factory in Atchison for over thirty years as a supervisor.
She was a member of Shiloh Seventh Day Adventist Church in Leavenworth, Kansas.
Survivors include three daughters, Audrey (Dennis) Cannon, Flint, MI, JoLynn Jones, Lewisville, TX, Tiffany Littrice, Houston, TX, two sons, Charles K. Robinson, St. Joseph, MO, Tyrone Littrice, Topeka, KS, six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
