Phyllis L. Dove

Phyllis Dove, 72 years old, of Atchison, Kansas, died on December 13, 2017 surrounded by her family.

Visitation with the family will be on Sunday, December 17, 2017 from 4:00 P.M. until 5:30 P.M. at the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home. Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital and may be left in care of the funeral home.

Phyllis was born on April 1, 1945 in Atchison, Kansas the daughter of Ethyle Marie Zumbrunn. She attended Atchison Public Schools, graduating from Atchison High School in 1963.

She and Donald Ray Dove were united in marriage on January 23, 1965 at St. Joseph's Church in Atchison.

Phyllis was employed with Atchison Castings as a shipping supervisor for over 35 years.

Survivors include her husband, Don Dove, of the home in Atchison, KS, son Todd (Kim) Dove, Atchison, KS, three sisters, Karolyn (Paul) Garten, Sally (Charles) Estes, Lisa (Roland) Medrano, four brothers, James "Jim" (Carol) Grinlinton, Stephen "Steve" (Ann) Mixon, Claude (Regina) Mixon, Richard (Martha) Zumbrunn, a sister-in-law, Diana Moxley and four grandchildren, Brienna, Zachary, Samantha and Robert Dove.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Michelle Renee Dove, two sons, Shane Michael Dove, Trey Lee Dove, a sister, Jerene Moxley, and a brother-in-law, Gary Moxley.
