Norman E. Ford

Norman E. Ford, 63, Atchison, died December 16, 2018, unexpectedly at his residence.

No services are being planned. Burial of cremated remains will be at a later date. The Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home has been entrusted with final care.

Norman was born April 6, 1955, in Atchison, Kansas, the son of Norman Malford and Georgia (Scholz) Ford. He attended Atchison Public Schools graduating from Atchison High School in 1973. He then attended Kaw Area Technical College earning a degree in computer science.

He was employed with Missouri Pacific Railroad and later worked at Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri.

Survivors include, three sons, Norman E. Ford, Jr., Albany, MO, Robert James Ford, St. Joseph, MO, Bryan Ford, Wathena, KS, his mother, Georgia Ford, Atchison, KS, a sister, Karen High, Gladstone, MO, and fourteen grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Norman M. Ford.
