Mary M. Weber, 81, Holton, Kansas formerly of Atchison, Kansas died Friday, June 6, 2014 at Select Specialty Hospital, Kansas City, Kansas.

Mass of Christian burial will be Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Joseph Church, Atchison, Kansas with Abbot Barnabas Senecal, OSB as celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery. A parish rosary will be recited on Monday, June 9th at 7:00 P.M. at Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home with visitation with the family to follow until 8:30 P.M. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Benedict School Endowment or the Parkinson's Foundation and may be left in care of the funeral home.

Mary was born February 5, 1933 in Atchison, Kansas the daughter of Robert and Rose Dorgan Christian. She attended Atchison Elementary Schools, graduating from Atchison High School.

She and Leo J. Weber were united in marriage on September 15, 1953 at St. Joseph's Church in Atchison.

Mary was a member of St. Benedict Parish, St. Joseph Church Altar Society and assisted for many years at St. Joseph's with preparing and serving of the funeral luncheons. Mary was a homemaker, a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

Survivors include two daughters, Brenda (David) Royer, Holton, KS, Kim (Alan) Large, Omaha, NE, three grandchildren, Aaron Large, Mallory Baum, Megan Swett, three great-grandchildren, Hayden Baum, Hunter Baum and Tanner Swett.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Lee Christian, two sisters, Rose Ella Shaver and Marjorie Bonnel.
