Mary Huninghake

Mary Huninghake, 71, Atchison, Kansas, died Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph, Missouri.

Graveside services will be at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Mary was born March 5, 1955, in Atchison, Kansas, the daughter of Gene and Ruth (Baker) Marshall. She attended Washington and Franklin Schools before graduating from Atchison High School.

She and Lyle Huninghake were married March 5, 2013, in Atchison, Kansas.

Mary was employed with Pamida and later Orschelns. She enjoyed watching television and listening to music. Mary also had fun playing BINGO on her phone.

Survivors include her husband, Lyle Huninghake, two sons, Mike (Dawn) Frad, Richard Frad; three brothers, Bill Griffin, Jim Griffin, Ron Marshall; twenty grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Robert Griffin, Gene Marshall and Lester Marshall.
