Loyd W. "Wade" Reeves, 46, Weston, MO, died Monday, November 09, 2015 at his residence.
Funeral services will be Thursday, November 12, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home with Pastor Christine Goodlin officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Bethel Cemetery, Weston, MO. Visitation with the family will be from 11:00 AM until time of the services at the funeral home. Memorial contributions are suggested to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
Loyd was born July 2, 1969 in Atchison, Kansas the son of Loyd A. Reeves, Jr., and Carol Munsterman Reeves. He attended schools in Weston, Missouri.
Loyd was formerly employed with Dobbs Food Services for 18 years and most recently with Hillco Enterprises of Weston until his health failed.
In his spare time he enjoyed reading, listening to music and singing, an avid sports fan and fan of the Chiefs Football and spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing.
Survivors include his parents L. A. and Carol Reeves, Weston, MO, two sons, Preston Reeves, Gladstone, MO, Lincoln C. Reeves, Weston, MO, a daughter, Holly Ann Reeves, Weston, MO, a brother, John Daniel Reeves, Rushville, MO, a sister, Leslie (Gary L.) Thomas, Atchison, KS, and a grandson, Isaiah Reeves.
