Linda M.Cohorst, 60, Atchison, Kansas died at her home.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Sumner Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 17th from 7:00 until 8:30 P.M. in the chapel of Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home. Memorial contributions are suggested to Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Foundation. Linda was born August 31, 1951 in Leavenworth, Kansas the daughter of Joseph Flory and Helen Snopak. She attended school in the Easton area, graduating from Easton High School in 1970. During her school years she was a member of the 4-H Club.
She served as a flight attendant for Mesa Airlines until her retirement in 2009.
She enjoyed photography, travel and especially dancing.
Survivors include two sons, Lester (Amy) Blaski, Atchison, KS, Jason (Keri) Cohorst, St. Joseph, Mo, her mother, Helen Snopak Flory, Atchison, KS. five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
