Lester Eugene Marshall

Lester E. Marshall, 58, Atchison, Kansas died Thursday, June 28, 2018 at the Atchison Hospital.

A visitation with the family will be held Monday, July 2, 2018 at the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home from 6:00 until 7:30 P.M. Mr. Marshall will be cremated following the visitation.  Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society and may be left in care of the funeral home.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 7 ^th beginning at 7:00 P.M. at Warnock Lake.

Lester was born November 9, 1959 in Atchison, Kansas the son of Eugene Richard and Ruth Baker Marshall. He attended Franklin Elementary School and graduated from Atchison High School.

Lester was formerly employed as a manager of FISCA in East Atchison until 1997 when he became employed as a splicer for Fargo Company.

In his spare time he enjoyed playing the slots on the computer; his love for music; watching wrestling on the television and traveling to wrestling matches.

Survivors include two daughters, Erin Bailey, Atchison, KS; Becky (Jeff) Reese, Atchison, KS; a long time companion, Karen Ramsey, Lancaster, KS; three brothers, William Griffin, Atchison, KS; James Griffin, Atchison, KS; Ron Marshall, Atchison, KS; one sister, Mary Huninghake, Atchison, KS and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Eugene and Ruth Marshall and two brothers, Robert Griffin and Eugene Marshall.
