Kathy Elias

Kathy Sue Elias, age 75, of Atchison, KS, passed peacefully at home with her daughter by her side on September 16, 2025.

Kathy was born on September 7, 1950, in Atchison, KS, the daughter of William Dame and Doris (Baker) Dame. Her family moved to Garden Grove, California, and she graduated from Pacifica High School. She was a property manager for the last twenty years, managing different living communities and storage facilities. She loved to read and spend time with her children and grandchildren.

She married Corky Elias in 1969, at the First Christian Church. They were married for twenty-five years until later separating.

Kathy is survived by her daughter, Nicole (Dave) Servaes; sister, Janet Chapman; brothers, Richard Dame, Paul Pyles; three grandchildren, Eric Banks, Dillon Servaes, Serrena Servaes; and three great grandchildren, Leo, Aurora and Delilah; and a son, Brandon Elias. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Shawn Elias and a brother, Ron Dame.

A visitation to celebrate and remember Kathy's life will be Wednesday, September 24, 2025, from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home.
