Funeral services are pending at Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home in Atchison, Kansas. Memorials contributions are suggested to help with funeral expenses.
Justin was born June 19, 1982, in Atchison, Kansas the son of Vernon A. Allen and Rosetta Reynolds. He attended Atchison Elementary Schools and Atchison High School, graduating from Central High School in St. Joseph, Missouri.
Survivors include a son, Deondre Smith, Kansas City, MO; his mother, Rosetta Reynolds, St. Joseph, MO; three brothers, Steve Snoddy, Blaine, MN; Cozae Banks, Sr., Lawton, OK; Vernon Allen, Jr., Atchison, KS; and two sisters, LaTonya Craddock, Kansas City, KS; and LaJoyce Allen, Atchison, KS.
He was preceded in death by his father.
