Jane Marie Torrez, 62, Findlay, Ohio, died Monday, December 3, 2012, at the Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay.
A Memorial Service will be Saturday, December 8, 2012, at 3:00 P.M. at the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home with Rev. Lou Davies officiating. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
Jane was born October 7, 1950, in Spray, North Carolina, the daughter of Carlis Paul and Norma Elaine Slimmer Chatman.
She and William J. Torrez were united in marriage on May 31, 1970 in Falls City, Nebraska.
Jane was a homemaker. Her hobbies included collecting antiques and 1960's music memorabilia.
Survivors include her husband, William J. Torrez, of the home, two sons, William Scott Torrez, Topeka, KS, Daniel James Torrez, Findlay, OH, a daughter, Angel E. Torrez, Findlay, OH, her mother, Norma Elaine Chatman, Atchison, KS, two brothers, Carl "Bud" Chatman, Atchison, KS, Roger Chatman, Rushville, MO, a sister, Paula Clem, Huron, KS, and ten grandchildren, Jose, Kayla, Dekon, Drake, Suni, Xavier, and Willow Jane Torrez, Colten Harris, Izzabella LeGrand, and Caiden Alexander Brauner.
She was preceded in death by her father a bother Daniel James Chatman and a sister, Marty Eileen Chatman.
