Atchison
Harold Eugene Gillis, 79, Atchison, Kansas died Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at the Atchison Senior Village Nursing Center.
Mr. Gillis will be cremated under the care and direction of Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home and no services are scheduled at this time.
Harold was born April 5, 1942 in Atchison, Kansas the son of George H. and Alice Mae Bunch Gillis. He attended and graduated from the Atchison County Community High School in Effingham, Kansas.
Harold was self employed in the property management business until his retirement.
He served in the United States Navy from 1961 until his honorable discharge in 1965.
Survivors include a daughter, DeLorah E. (Rick) Jacobson, Atchison, KS; a son, Gaylon E. Gillis, Atchison, KS; and three grandchildren.
