Frankie Lamont Foster

Frankie Lamont Foster, age 44, of Atchison, Kansas, passed into eternal life on September 22, 2021 at his home.

Homegoing services will be Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Kelley officiating. Visitation with the family will be on Saturday, Oct. 9 ^th from 12:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Frankie will be cremated following the service. Memorials are suggested to the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral home to assist the family with expenses.

Frankie was born on October 11, 1976, in Atchison, Kansas, the son of Frankie Lamont Foster and Patricia Busey. He was raised in Atchison by his aunt and uncle, David & Helen Reynolds, who were like parents to him; he graduated from Atchison High School in 1996.

He and Shiema Duncan shared twenty years together traveling and making loving memories. They enjoyed playing cards and board games; from their relationship, they have two children.

He was employed with Benedictine College in the dining hall as a cook until his health failed. He enjoyed making new friends with the students and his co-workers.

Frankie had many hobbies including singing, listening to music, barbequing and fishing. He played football in high school and enjoyed watching sports. He loved spending time with his family and friends and enjoyed traveling to visit family in different parts of the country.

Survivors include his parents, six children, Keiandre Foster, Nykia Finley, Adrianna Duncan, Alize Pyles, Xazavier Duncan, Irvine Foster; four brothers, Joshua A. Foster, Joshua J. Foster, Isiah Inge, David Reynolds, Jr.; four sisters, Tamika Foster, Stephanie Foster, Da'Wana Reynolds, De'Nesha Reynolds; and three grandchildren, Harmony Foster, Kaiden DePoy and Xzavion Lablue. Frankie was loved by his aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by all his grandparents and a brother, Curtis Foster.
