Eloise T. Fisher, 104, Atchison, Kansas, died Sunday, May 24, 2015, at the Atchison Hospital.
Funeral services will be Monday, June 1, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at Second Christian Church, with Rev. Paul Kelley officiating. Interment follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. A visitation with the family will be Sunday, May 31st from 4:00 – 5:30 P.M. at the funeral home. Final arrangements have been entrusted to the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home
Eloise was born September 4, 1910, in Atchison, Kansas, the daughter of Trupey Smith and Myrtle Anna Newby Moore. She attended school in Atchison.
She and Jack Fisher were united in marriage in Atchison, Kansas. Mr. Fisher preceded her in death on July 20, 2004.
Eloise was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter Ilene Byers-Bratton, Oakland, CA, six grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, two children, LeRoy Byers and Carmelia Byers-Nichols, and siblings, Conrad Moore, Lester Moore, Geraldine Moore, Robert Moore, Noble Moore, Arthur Moore, Theodore Moore, Edith Moore-Thomas and Bonzetta Moore-Young.
