Cheryl Domann, 63, Nortonville, Kansas, died Monday, December 23, 2013 at her residence in Nortonville.

Mass of Christian burial will be Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Joseph's Church in Nortonville, with Rev. Lazar Carasala, officiating. Interment of cremains will be at a later date in the St. Joseph's Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to service at the church. Memorial contributions are suggested to Masses or the Jefferson County Hospice and may be left in care of the funeral home.

Cheryl was born May 13, 1950, in Horton, Kansas. She was the daughter of Richard and Nancy Piper. Cheryl attended Effingham High School graduating in 1968. Following graduation she attended beauty school in St. Joseph, Missouri.

She and Larry Domann were united in marriage on September 4, 1976, at St. Joseph's Church in Nortonville.

She owned and operated a beauty salon in Nortonville. After the birth of her children she became a stay at home mother.

Survivors include her husband Larry of the home, two daughters, Michelle (Chad) Olberding, Nortonville, KS, Kimberly Domann, Nortonville, KS, a son Phillip Domann, Nortonville, KS, four grandchildren, Kaley Rose Olberding, Colby Alan Olberding, Emily Renee Johnson, Olivia Isabell Domann, her father, Richard Piper, Sr., Robinson, KS, two sisters, Anna Marie Piper, Maricopa, AZ, Donna Lee, Huron, KS, and three brothers, Richard Piper, Jr., Maricopa, AZ, William Piper, Lancaster, KS, Mark Piper, Lancaster, KS.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Piper and a brother, Warren Pease.
