Carol Ann Miller

Carol Ann Miller, 83, Atchison, Kansas died Friday, October 12, 2018 at the Atchison Senior Village Nursing Center.

As per the wishes of Carol, her body was donated to the Kansas University Medical Center. A memorial mass will be held at a later date at St. Benedict's Church. Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Benedict Parish or Mt. Vernon Cemetery and may be left with Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home with whom final care has been entrusted. The cremated remains will be buried at a later date at Mt. Vernon Cemetery.

Carol was born January 1, 1935 in Atchison, Kansas the daughter of Charles and Catherine Knowles (McKee) Miller. She attended St. Benedict's Catholic Elementary School.

Carol was a member of St. Benedict Parish and served faithfully for many years as the Sacristan for St. Benedict's Church and the parish priest, Fr. Roderic Giller, OSB; Fr. Wilfred Fangman, OSB; and Fr. Gerard Senecal, OSB.

Survivors include many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Patricia, Janice and Marion and a brother, Martin.
