Avery James Babineaux, III, was born in El Paso, Texas, on March 10, 1970, to Mr. & Mrs. Avery James Babineaux II, Betty Jean [Ware]. Avery went to be with the Lord June 15, 2023, in San Antonio, Texas, where he resided.
Avery was a devout Christian and served the Lord faithfully. He loved proclaiming the Word of God with others. He graduated from Junction City, Kansas High School and furthered his education. Avery spent many years as an over the road truck driver and loved meeting people everywhere he traveled. Avery enjoyed traveling with his Family, Spending time with his Grandchildren, playing Basketball, Dominoes and Rook with his Family and Friends. He loved listening to Preaching and Music.
Avery is proceeded in death by his Grandparents: Mr. & Mrs. A. Babineaux I; Grandparents: Mr. & Mrs. Sammie Lee & Addie Mae Wren; Uncle: Sammie Ray Wren; Sister: Cassandra G. Harrison; two Nephews: Theon L. Harrison and Cedric S. Lofton.
To cherish his memories in his home, Avery is survived by his Wife: Malinda; Daughter: Janise; Son: Johnathan; and Grandchildren: Eliana and Mateo; all of San Antonio, Texas. He leaves to cherish his memories his Father: Avery J. Babineaux II, of San Antonio, Texas; his Mother: Betty Jean Ware, of El Paso, Texas; one Brother: Kevin (Brenda) Harrison, of Houston, Texas; four Sisters: Annette (Mitchell) Anderson; Zenoba Wren, both Sisters of Junction City, Kansas; Frances Harrison, of Houston, Texas; and Virginia David, also of Junction City, Kansas; a host of Nieces he loved to pieces, Nephews, Great-Nieces, and Great-Nephews, other numerous Family and Friends. He will be missed by many across the Nation.
Avery's life will be celebrated starting with visitation with the Family on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at 1-2:00 p.m. at the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home, 208 North 5th Street, Atchison, Kansas 66002. The Funeral Service will be Saturday, June 24, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. at the Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home. His final resting place will be Oak Hill Cemetery in Atchison.
