Albert E. "Junior" Zeit, 61, Topeka, Kansas, formerly of Atchison died Tuesday, in Topeka, Kansas.
Services Sunday, December 11, 2011, 5:00 P.M., Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home. Visitation will follow services until 6:30 P.M. Interment will be Monday, December 12 at St. Louis Cemetery. Contributions to help defray funeral expenses and may be left in care of Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home.
Junior was born July 1, 1950, in Atchison, Kansas, son of Albert E. "Gene" Sr. and Dorothy Angold Zeit. He attended Maur Hill and later graduated in the Class of 1968, from Atchison County Community High School in Effingham, Kansas. He worked as a sales associate for Firestone Tire in Topeka, Kansas.
He joined the United States Army and served in Vietnam. He attended Pure Heart of Mary Church in Topeka, Kansas.
Survivors, two daughters, Michelle and Fawn, both of California, sister, Linda (Dave) Banks, Holton, KS, three nephews, three aunts, Mary Lou Hurst, Effingham, KS, Pat Pruett, Lancaster, KS, Mary Jean Zeit, Lancaster, KS, an uncle Bob Whaley, Effingham, KS, and numerous cousins.
He was predeceased by his parents.
